Meet Soup, our lovely normal ball python! Her classic brown and tan markings are a beautiful example of the natural coloration of this species. Ball pythons are native to West and Central Africa and are known for their docile temperaments. Soup is a calm and gentle snake who enjoys exploring her enclosure.  These snakes are constrictors, meaning they subdue their prey by squeezing it.  Did you know that ball pythons often curl into a tight ball when they feel threatened, hence their name?
